Addendum A — Media Opt-Out Form

BACKGROUND

bina classes are delivered live online and recorded for educational and operational purposes (attendance, assessment, quality assurance, safeguarding, and session review). These recordings are

part of delivering the service and are not affected by this form.

Separately, bina may wish to use limited, identifiable student material for promotional purposes — for example, on bina's website, social media, or admissions materials.

This is limited to:

– the student's first name;

– the student's voice (short excerpts from class recordings);

– the student's image/likeness (short excerpts or stills from class recordings or events);

– the student's educational output (work samples, projects, artwork).

bina never uses a student's surname, contact details, or any information about the family alongside promotional material, and never sells student data or uses it for behavioral advertising.

Unless you opt out below, your signature on the enrollment agreement permits the promotional uses described above. You may opt out at signing or at any later time, with no effect on your child's enrollment or the quality of service.
